Welcome to Module 11

Welcome to module 11.
If you are reading this, you have successfully started a blog.

1. Your first task is to set up an email account using gmail. To do so, go to gmail on the google homepage. Please read the handout if you are still not clear on how to set up an account.

2. If you have not set up a blog yet, do so now by going to this website, http://www.blogger.com and post the link to my blog. http://www.communicationstudiesclassblog.com NOTE: For those who have set up a blog already, please post the link to our new class blog at the address above.


3. When you are done setting up, choose of the following tasks and email a copy to my gmail account which is naghaye@gmail.com

Write to a music production company asking the date of the next release by a band they like.
Write to a music production company asking for the touring schedule of a band they like.
Write to a clothing manufacturer asking for the names of retail outlets in their vicinity which sell the company's clothing.
Write to a province or state tourism department for information on camping or hiking spots.
